3. Mystery Boxes

Our Mystery Boxes contain a randomly selected assortment of new accessories, beauty and self-care items, hair accessories, stationery, travel accessories, and other everyday essentials from our current inventory.

The exact items, colors, styles, and designs are not guaranteed.

Customers choose the number of surprise balls, but the surprise balls themselves are not included in the shipped box. They are used only as part of our random item selection process.

We do not guarantee specific items. Customers may leave a preferred color in their order notes, and we will do our best to consider the preference when possible, depending on available inventory.

No duplicate items will be intentionally included within the same Mystery Box order.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, an error in product information or pricing, or if the requested product is unavailable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the canceled order.

We currently ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders from $0 to $85.99.

Free standard shipping is available for orders of $86 or more.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
